Veganism is a great tool for training yourself how to eat healthy and more holistically. Even if you only gave it a try for five years straight you would be alot more insightfully and instinctively knowledgeable about healthy food. Trying veganism for a year or two is what some admit to experiencing. There are many reasons some would quit. Changing your diet for maximum health benefits is a lifestyle change that can benefit your future. The vegan world keeps getting better and better and now is the best time to take advantage of all the vegan alternatives that have been made available to us. Vegan dining and cusine is so elite. Conscious meal planning can start with your grocery store trips and whenever you order out or visit a vegan restaurant. Explore this dietary lifestyle. It truly is extraordinary. Boring to some but life altering for many others!

Modern westernized culture presents different tactics for healing methods compared to cultures around the world. Here in America we have the benefit of educating ourselves through the teachings of the entire planet about food medicine plant medicine and herbal nutrition.  Remember you are a natural organism created and derived from the planetarium known as mother Earth. So it makes sense to indulge in her natural resources for healing & nutrition. Animal products are a terciary source of nutrition. Meaning because the cow or the goat receive it's nutrients from mother earths greenery we then go to the cow and decide to eat its flesh. Killing the cow or the goat to eat it is the third or fourth option to nutrify the body. The secondary source being dairy bi-products created from these animals deeming a human as a vegetarian. Is it Safe to be a Raw Vegan?

Fully raw veganism is what some plant-based eaters opt for or aspire to become some day. The reason being is optimal health and wellness through overall dietary choices and sustainable habits. A raw vegan is even more concerned with fresh produce and ingredients at all times. The belief is that natural whole fruits and uncooked plant foods optimize energy and nutrient content compared to a cooked fruit or vegetable that has been mutilated and therby becomes a mutated version of the original fruit or plant in it's "raw" form. It is known consciously and subconsciously that nature already "cooks" our food. Ripened by the sun and watered by the rain most plant food is ready to eat before being overly processed by human hands or machines.  This is where a discrepancy comes to light among the plant-based community. Pros and Cons of Veganism

Your social life might plumet initially. But the time spent self caring far outweighs the benefits. There are tons of plant-based newbies like you out there! You just have to stay true to your path and link up as you feel comfortable. Think of it as starting college away from home. I mean there's a full campus of people just like you waiting to be great!  So socially you might become a little unpopular with your old peers who may be uncomfortable with your new weird sudden diet change. But hopefully they are more supportive than not and will give you the space you need to reach your goals.  At worst, you and your bestie may part ways altogether. Vegan Dinner

Vegan dinner for the family is fairly simple. Place emphasis on your family's preferred veggie meals that are normally sides and make them a main course. Or simply substitute the main "meat-based" item for a Plant-based vegan meat alternitave. There are vegan ribs you can make with Jack fruit and homemade BBQ sauce (or organic store bought version), cauliflower fried vegan "wings", cheese steak made with lots of tasty portabella mushrooms and peppers or textured vegetable protein (tvp), and so much more.  The internet also has tons of recipes to try out at home and you are bound to find your favorites. I remember I use to spend about $600 monthly on take out. Never wanting to cook. Becoming a vegan inspired me to be in the kitchen more and this was a healthy shift in my lifestyle. Vegan with Dietary Restriction

Some people would like to become plant-based but have been told by doctors they must consume animal flesh due to a particular ailment they may be suffering from. If this is your situation simply include as much plant-based food into your diet as possible and still follow instructions from your doctor for safety and precaution. However if your doctor is only concerned about protein per say I hope that you really pay close attention to getting all the nutrients you need from plants. It seems impossible to many people including doctors because this has always been the human way of life as far as we can remember since being born and raised by meat eating families. If you are suffering from sickness ask your doctor if supplementing with plant protein is acceptable. Dangers of Extreme Dieting

Let's address the concerns some have with a plant-based diet. It is not to be confused with any version of an extreme dietary agenda that is not suitable for your health. Plant-based veganism is an evolutionary way of life. It takes time and dedication to commit to such a journey. If you are a person with diagnosed sickness please ask your doctor or consult with a dietician plus nutrtionist for adequate day-to-day meal planning. Some fitness instructors + herbalists are trained in nutrition and can provide a holistic meal plan or fitness regimen for your holistic needs. Consulting with any one who is not a medical professional is at your own risk. Please proceed with caution if you have serious health concerns or conditions.   If you are overly stressed or having financial difficulty with your preferred dietary lifestyle you can always pause and start again when you are better prepared.  A raw living foods diet is different from a cooked plant-based vegan diet...
